1. Acceptance of Terms

By signing up for or using Dollar Hour Club ("Service"), operated by Goldstar Consulting Services LLC dba Dollar Hour Club ("Company"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. The Service

Dollar Hour Club provides a 24/7 AI receptionist platform for roofing contractors, including call answering, appointment scheduling, lead capture, and ongoing AI optimization (including the Day-90 Brain Upgrade Audit). Features are provided "as-is" and may evolve over time.

3. Fees & Billing

$499 one-time setup fee — due at signup; non-refundable after your AI agent goes live
$720/month ($1 per hour) — billed monthly for continued access to the Service

All fees are in USD. Billing is managed through our third-party payment processor.

4. Usage Allowances, Minutes & Overage Billing

4.1 Monthly Base Minute Allotment: The standard Dollar Hour Club subscription of $720.00/month includes an allotment of 1,000 active inbound voice minutes per billing cycle (approximately 300 to 330 completed sales calls). Active voice minutes are calculated from the moment Jacki answers an inbound call until the call is terminated.

4.2 Call Calculation & No Rollover: Minute allotments reset at the beginning of each monthly billing cycle. Unused minutes from previous billing cycles do not roll over and hold no cash value.

4.3 Fair-Rate Storm Surge & Overflow Overages: In the event that Client call volume exceeds the included 1,000-minute threshold within a single billing cycle (due to high ad traffic, severe weather events, hail storms, or natural disaster surges), additional minutes are billed at a flat, fair rate of $0.45 per active voice minute.

4.4 Automatic Overage Settlement: Accumulated overages will be automatically billed to the payment method on file at the end of the monthly billing cycle, or when total accrued overages exceed $100.00, ensuring continuous and uninterrupted 24/7 call answering.

4.5 Zero Downtime Guarantee: Jacki will never shut down, drop calls, or turn away roofing leads during high-volume storm surges. All calls will be answered live and processed in accordance with the standard overage rate outlined herein.

5. Cancellation

You may cancel at any time. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing cycle. To cancel, contact us at the address below. No partial-month refunds are issued.

6. SMS / Text Message Communications

By checking the SMS opt-in box on our signup form, you expressly consent to receive recurring automated text messages from Goldstar Consulting Services LLC dba Dollar Hour Club at the phone number provided, including service updates, account alerts, and promotional messages about our AI receptionist services.

Message frequency: Message frequency may vary. You may receive up to several messages per month depending on account activity.
Rates: Message and data rates may apply. Check with your mobile carrier for details.
Opt-out: Reply STOP to any message to unsubscribe. You will receive a single confirmation, then no further messages.
Rejoining: To re-enroll after opting out, submit your information again through our signup form at dollarhourclub.com. SMS messaging will resume once you re-submit consent.
Help: Reply HELP for assistance, or contact support@dollarhourclub.com.
Not a condition of purchase: SMS consent is not required to purchase or use the Service.
No third-party sharing: Your mobile opt-in data and phone number will not be shared with or sold to third parties for marketing or promotional purposes.
Carrier liability: Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Authorized user: By providing your phone number, you confirm that you are the authorized user of that number and agree to comply with all applicable federal, state, and local regulations governing messaging communications.

This messaging program complies with applicable industry guidelines, including CTIA Messaging Principles and Best Practices and A2P 10DLC requirements.

7. Age Restriction

By opting in to receive SMS messages from Goldstar Consulting Services LLC dba Dollar Hour Club, or by using our website and services, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years of age. You must be 18 years of age or older to participate in our text messaging program.

8. Acceptable Use

You agree to use the Service only for lawful business purposes. You may not use the Service to deceive callers, violate applicable telemarketing or consumer protection laws (including the TCPA), or engage in any activity prohibited by state or federal law.

9. Limitation of Liability

The Company is not liable for missed calls, lost revenue, technical outages, or any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Service. Our total liability in any matter is limited to the fees you paid in the prior 30 days.

10. Modifications

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after notice of changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
